All my dogs are AKC registered. I maintain three generation AKC certified pedigrees on all my dogs for your review, upon request.

All puppies are Vet checked before they leave my care.

Dewclaws are removed by a Vet.

Puppies are NEVER released to new owners until they are checked by my Veterinarian and NEVER any younger than 10 weeks of age. Some puppies must stay longer, it all depends on their development.

By this age they have had their 1st and 2nd Distemper vaccine (aka DHLPP) and 1st and 2nd Deworming. All puppies are ID'd with Avid Microchips and sold with pre-paid transfer paperwork for their microchips.

Puppies sold as Companion animals, will have limited AKC Registration papers. This means they MUST be spayed or neutered no later than 9 months of age. They are $1000.00.

Puppies sold for show or breeding with full AKC registration papers are available to approved homes that are breeding for the betterment of the breed.  Prices are private treaty and contract applies. Co-ownerships are available.

All puppies are sold with a written Guarantee in accordance with the New York State General Business Law Article 35-D Sale of Dogs and Cats, and a contract.

We DO NOT ship, you MUST pick up your puppy. Please do not plan on sending a agent / friend, ect. Puppies will only be turned over to the buying party.

A $300.00 deposit is required to hold a puppy for you. Holding deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the puppy dies or is found unfit for sale prior to pick up date per a Veterinarian. At that point it is the buyers option to pick another puppy if available, move their deposit to another litter, or accept a full refund of $$$ paid. If you change your mind for any reason, there is NO REFUND OF DEPOSITS.

I reserve the right to cancel or void any deposit or sale at anytime if I feel the puppy is not suitable for the purchasing party with a full refund of any $ paid.

Payment for puppies is accepted via paypal with no additional fees, postal money orders or cash , ONLY. NO CHECKS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

These are my "Road Rules"...All of the above is for the wellbeing of MY dogs, they are my children and it is my responsibility to protect them first and foremost.

Simon and Elmo is available for stud service to approved bitches via AI or shipped chilled semen.  Fee is private treaty and contract applies.
